About Mindum
Mindum is a self-awareness app operated by Mindum, 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France (see the Legal notice). Using Mindum means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Who can use Mindum
People 18 and older. One account per person.
Not a medical service
Mindum offers reflections, patterns and ideas that might help. It doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition and isn’t a substitute for professional or emergency help.
Your content
What you enter belongs to you and stays on your phone. You can export or delete it at any time.
Mindum Plus
Mindum Plus is an optional subscription, billed and renewed by the App Store or Google Play. It can be cancelled in your device’s subscription settings; refunds follow the store’s rules.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or interfere with how it works.
Changes and ending
Features may change over time. You can stop using Mindum and delete your account whenever you like. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Mindum is provided with care but without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, to the extent the law allows.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of its consumer laws. Disputes go first to contact@mindum.app; you can also use the EU consumer mediation options available to you.
