Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

In short: what you enter in Mindum stays on your phone, encrypted. Mindum can’t read it. We keep only what’s needed to run your account, and nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Who is responsible

Mindum, 122 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France (SIREN 998 927 552, RCS Paris). Contact: contact@mindum.app. Full company details are in the Legal notice.

What stays on your phone

Check-ins (energy, focus, mood, feelings, body signals, what’s draining, context), notes, your name, tool feedback and settings are stored only on your phone, in an encrypted database. They are not sent to Mindum.

What we process

Legal bases

Running your account and subscription: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Anonymous usage data, crash reports and AI features: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and, where relevant, Art. 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time in Profile and settings.

How long

Account data is kept while your account exists and erased when it’s deleted. Entries on your phone are erased with “Delete all my data” or by removing the app.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your data, and object to or limit its use, by writing to contact@mindum.app. In the app, “Export my data” and “Delete all my data” are in Profile and settings. You can also contact your data protection authority (in France: CNIL).

Age

Mindum is for people 18 and older.

Not a medical service

Mindum is a self-awareness tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace professional or emergency help.

Changes

If this policy changes in an important way, the app will say so before the change applies.
